This class is designed to teach children fundamental sewing
skills in a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere. Students will progress at
their own rate developing their skills and confidence. Along with a basic
sewing kit (as listed below) the students will be purchasing supplies for
each project they will be doing. Sewing machines will be provided, which
prevents time-consuming machine set-ups. This allows the instructor to
immediately begin teaching sewing techniques and for the children to take
full advantage of the time they have in class.
